And I had to have some of what LA considers its best ramen last night. HAD to. It helped that I was previously familiar with Daikokuya. However, I have actually heard the converse about the two Daikokuya locations, that the one in Little Tokyo is better. I love Daikokuya but feel that the Monterey Park location is more consistent with their broth than the downtown. Have you had #7 salt ramen at Santouka and do you order Daikokuya, kotteri style?
